In Profitis Ilias, with panoramic views over the town, the old harbour and the Cretan sea. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and one open room with a long table — enough for everyone to stay together. Outside, the private pool, the grill and the outdoor dining table: that is where the day goes, from breakfast in the shade to the town lights in the evening.

Profitis Ilias rises above Halepa — the same hill as the Venizelos Graves, looking out over the whole bay of Chania. From the villa you see the old town, the Venetian harbour with its lighthouse, and the Cretan sea beyond.

How many guests can stay?
Up to 8 guests. The villa has four bedrooms — three upstairs and one on the ground floor, one of them ensuite — and three bathrooms.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Is there an offer for booking direct?
Yes. Book a 2027 stay directly with us by 31 December 2026 and you receive our best direct rate. Mention it in your request.
How do I request availability?
Send us your dates through the booking request. We reply personally, within 24 hours.
Can I book and pay online?
No. This website takes availability requests. There is no card charge and no booking is confirmed automatically — confirmation always happens personally.
Is parking available?
Yes. The villa has a private garage on site, plus additional outdoor parking spaces.
Where exactly is the villa?
In Profitis Ilias, Chania — at the corner of Marias Lioudaki and Alkistis Agorastaki. Detailed arrival directions are shared once a stay is confirmed.
How far is the villa from the airport and the beaches?
Chania airport is about 20 minutes by car. Koum Kapi, the town beach, and Kalathas beach are about 10 minutes away, and the old town and Venetian harbour 10–15 minutes.
Are events or parties allowed?
No. The villa is for stays only — events and parties are not permitted.
